The weekly map of cases by HSDA is no longer produced as the information is now available on the BC COVID-19 Dashboard and BC COVID-19 Epidemiology App.
B.C. has adopted a new sampling strategy to detect and estimate the prevalence of variants of concern and variants of interest using whole-genome sequencing. Sequencing results are available four to seven days after the sample is received by the BCCDC Public Health Lab. The variants of concern report is available weekly.
