After watching the video, ask yourself if you should get tested. You may need to get tested for TB if you have:
- travelled or lived in countries where TB is common
- been around someone who had TB disease in their lungs that can pass from person to person
- taken medicine that lowers your immune system
- a health condition such as HIV, diabetes, kidney disease or cancer
- TB symptoms:
- coughing up mucus or blood
- fevers, chills and night sweats
- loss of appetite and unexplained weight loss
- always feeling tired and fatigued
- shortness of breath and chest pain
