Drug and Poison Information Centre Dashboard

This interactive tool summarizes case data on calls to the Drug and Poison Information Centre.

The Drug and Poison Information Centre (DPIC) is a 24/7 telephone service that helps people across British Columbia and the Yukon with concerns about possible poisoning or exposure to harmful substances. DPIC provides poison management advice to the public and health care professionals.

The dashboard is an interactive tool that summarizes trends from calls across many substance groups.  The dashboard shows data from 2012 onwards and is updated monthly.

If you suspect someone has been poisoned by a medicine, chemical or other substance, call DPIC at 1-800-567-8911. If someone is unconscious, having a seizure, difficulty breathing or chest pain, immediately call 9-1-1.
