High Threat Pathogens

High threat pathogens (Nipah virus, and viral hemorrhagic fever such as Ebola) are a special category of infections that cause serious, often fatal, human disease.

This page contains links to information about Viral Hemorrhagic Fever (Ebola/VHF) to support patient care and protection of health care workers. Documents relating to clinical information, patient care, epidemiology and public health measures are available on the Ministry of Health Ebola webpage while we update and migrate all Ebola/VHF-related materials to this site.
