How Are We Doing?

As part of BCCDC’s commitment to on-going improvement and quality services; the third biennial Satisfaction surveys were conducted and results compiled for 2011.  These surveys were conducted by an independent firm, with the purpose of finding strengths and areas of improvement based on clients and stakeholders feedback.  


Two different surveys were administered - a Patient Survey and a Stakeholder Survey. The Patient Survey was offered as a paper-based survey as well as on-line option.  It was available in 8 languages in our clinics during the months of February and March 2011.  The Stakeholder Survey was an online survey, with an email invitation to all of our key stakeholders/clients. This survey was conducted during the month of February 2011.

Overall satisfaction and willingness to recommend services were reportedly high in both surveys showing consistency from 2008 survey scores.  For more details on each survey, clinck on the links on the left.
