Two different surveys were administered - a Patient Survey and a Stakeholder Survey. The Patient Survey was offered as a paper-based survey as well as on-line option. It was available in 8 languages in our clinics during the months of February and March 2011. The Stakeholder Survey was an online survey, with an email invitation to all of our key stakeholders/clients. This survey was conducted during the month of February 2011.
Overall satisfaction and willingness to recommend services were reportedly high in both surveys showing consistency from 2008 survey scores. For more details on each survey, clinck on the links on the left.
