Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey

 
In  2011 the third biennial BCCDC Stakeholder Survey was distributed to stakeholders across BC.  Having collected client satisfaction measures in 2006 and 2008, the goal of the 2011 survey was to identify Divisional strengths and growth points. The surveys enable BCCDC to continue monitoring the quality of and making improvements to the services health system clients receive.

Structure of this Report

The first section of this report includes an overall analysis with BCCDC-wide highlights from the survey findings. Following the Overall Analysis, the About this Report section details how the survey results are presented in the remainder of this report, including some of the limitations of the analysis.
