BCCDC offers services to help British Columbians protect themselves and others against the hazards arising from sources of ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. We provide leadership and expertise on radiation protection matters falling under provincial jurisdiction and advocate a radiation health perspective in all public policy matters relating to hazards from exposure to ionizing and non-ionizing radiation sources.
