  • HIV/AIDS Update Reports:  1998 - 2008  
    Annual updates on HIV and AIDS in British Columbia, published by the Division of STI/HIV Prevention and Control.  This report contains graphs and summary tables of HIV and AIDS numbers by gender, age, risk, ethnicity and geographic distribution.
  • BC Annual Summary of Reportable Diseases  
    Annual report of reportable diseases in BC.  Contains disease statistics, trends, age, gender, and health service delivery area breakdown.
  • Trends in HIV Positive Immigrants to BC: 2000 - 2007  
    This report describes trends in HIV positive individuals immigrating to BC, characterizes these trends according to immigration from HIV endemic countries, and examines the timeliness of reporting by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
  • Trends in Herpes Simplex Virus in BC: 1992 - 2006  
    This report provides a provincial and regional summary of recent trends in herpes simplex virus infections (HSV-1 and HSV-2) and related medical services in BC through analysis of existing laboratory and health care utilization datasets.  The focus is on genital herpes and neonatal herpes cases from 1992 - 2006.
  • Impact and Use of Point of Care HIV Testing (2007)  
    This evidence paper reviews the evidence regarding use and impact of Point of Care (POC) HIV tests in order to determine the best use of this technology in BC.  Written and published in November 2007.
