Thank you to everyone who helped I Boost Immunity earn a half million vaccines in support of UNICEF Canada.  To get there, people from around the world answered hundreds of thousands of questions about the importance of vaccination to keep their community healthy. A special thanks to ‘Meimpink’, who earned the 500,000 vaccine!

To mark this occasion, we are launching I Boost Immunity 2.0, with new quizzes, new rewards, and new shirts! For more on this, visit:

What is I Boost Immunity?

I Boost Immunity (IBI) is a BC-based online learning and sharing platform for vaccination. As the first program of its kind anywhere in the world, IBI is built on the premise that rewarding individual knowledge with a practical outcome can save lives.  The website uses quizzes, articles and stories to raise local literacy around immunization in a fun and engaging way, and pairs it with a global reward: vaccines for kids through UNICEF.

Anyone can immediately start answering quiz questions right off the homepage at  The quizzes start easy, but get more challenging as you ‘level up’ - like a game - with badges and rewards at each level. Every correct answer earns a visitor (i.e. ‘Booster’) one vaccine in support of UNICEF Canada.
